Lord Jesus, every morning I wake up in realization that You’ve given me another day in this life, I’m consumed with gratitude. As I go throughout the day I do my best to be an example to those around me of Your love and grace. I fail. And yet, there You are, waiting for me, patiently, lovingly, full of all the grace I need to make it through.
With all that you so freely give, in spite of my weaknesses and failures, how could I not try to love You in return, to the maximum of my human capabilities? How could I keep silent and hoard my praises to Your glorious name? How could I settle for anything less than to give You my utmost devotion, loyalty, my sincerest, heartfelt all as I worship You?
Nothing less will do. You gave so much for us to be reconciled. Therefore, I will give You MY all. All I am, and ever hope to be, Jesus, it’s all for YOU!
